Your path into the beauty industry
Nordic Skin College is a DKF-accredited cosmetology and skin therapy school in Copenhagen with over 40 years of industry experience. The school is located at Kongens Nytorv 21, 1st floor, 1050 Copenhagen K, and offers professional training in cosmetology, skin therapy and body therapy. The programmes encompass 25 subjects and disciplines, from anatomy and dermatology to facial treatments and apparatus-based treatments. The instructors have 20-35 years of clinical experience, and classes maintain an instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8. According to Nordic Skin College’s graduate survey (2025), 94% of graduates are in employment within six months of their exam.

Cosmetologist & Skin Therapist
Our main programme in skincare and beauty. Duration: 12-24 months. Class starts three times a year (January, April, September).
The Foundation Programme
The foundation programme is a module-based course with 13 theoretical subjects and 12 practical disciplines. You learn skin analysis, facial treatments, body treatments, apparatus-based treatments, makeup, manicure, pedicure, waxing and much more. Approximately 40% of the teaching is theoretical, and approximately 60% is practical training and clinic practice with real clients. Day classes last approximately 12 months, part-time classes approximately 18 months, and part-time evening/weekend classes approximately 24 months. Prices start from 417 DKK/month with interest-free instalment payments.

Extend with specialisations
Want to stand out in the industry? Add one or more specialisations to your foundation programme. You can choose from diamond microdermabrasion, Japanese lifting, lash extensions, artificial nails, makeup artist, sugaring and ultrasonic facecare.

We start new classes three times a year. The programme can be financed from 417 DKK/month.
Spa & Wellness Programme
The Spa & Wellness Programme (body therapist) is an independent intensive course of 4.5 months aimed at the wellness and spa industry. The programme covers shiatsu massage, body massage, cosmetic cupping, body wraps and product knowledge - 15,000 DKK in total incl. materials, with no exams. Teaching takes place at Kongens Nytorv with practical training on real clients under professional supervision. As a qualified body therapist, you can work at spa and wellness centres, hotels, fitness centres, health clinics or start your own practice.
