These terms and conditions apply to purchases of gift cards and products via nordicskincollege.dk and to booking of student treatments in our clinic.
Ordering
When you place an order via our website, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation is a receipt acknowledging your order. A binding agreement is only concluded once we have confirmed and dispatched your order.
Nordic Skin College reserves the right to cancel orders as a result of typographical errors, sold-out items, technical problems or similar situations.
Payment
We accept payment with:
- Dankort / VISA-Dankort
- VISA
- VISA Electron
- Mastercard
- JCB
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Payment is only charged when the item is dispatched.
We use an approved payment server that encrypts all card details with SSL protocol, so your information is protected.
Delivery
We ship with PostNord. Delivery normally takes 2-4 working days.
Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers defects in materials and manufacturing, but not faults or damage caused by incorrect use.
Nordic Skin College does not cover return shipping costs. Returns and complaints should be sent to:

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the item. You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase by email to info@nordicskincollege.dk. Please state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the withdrawal.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item has been used, you may receive part of or none of the purchase amount back upon withdrawal, depending on the condition of the item.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards can be purchased online via our gift card shop or in person at the school
- The gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the gift card itself
- Gift cards purchased online can be printed immediately after payment and are also sent by email
- The right of withdrawal for gift cards applies for 14 days after purchase, unless the gift card has already been used
Student Treatments in the Clinic
- Cancellation: We kindly ask you to cancel in good time, so someone else can benefit from your appointment. In case of no-show without cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a fee
- Late arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened
- Student treatments: All treatments are performed by students under professional supervision. Treatments may take longer than in a commercial clinic
