Nordic Skin College ApS is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you. This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data and which rights you have.

What information do we collect?

Order information material or book a guided tour
Enrol in a programme (name, address, email, phone number, date of birth)
Book a treatment in our clinic
Buy a gift card

Respond to your enquiries and questions
Administer your education if you are a student
Book and administer treatment appointments
Send you the material you have requested
Meet legal requirements (bookkeeping and accounting)

We do not use your information for marketing unless you have given your explicit consent.

Legal basis

Consent — when you fill in a form or contact us
Performance of a contract — when you enrol in a programme or book a treatment
Legal obligation — the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires us to retain certain information for 5 years

How long do we keep your information?

Contact forms: Information is deleted once the enquiry has been handled, and no later than 12 months after receipt
Education-related information: Retained for 5 years after completion of the programme in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act
Booking information: Deleted 12 months after the treatment
Accounting records: Retained for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you (e.g. a payment provider in connection with a purchase) or required by law.

We use the following data processors:

Hosting provider — for the operation of our website
Booking system — for managing treatment appointments
Payment provider — for processing payments

All our data processors have entered into data processing agreements with us and only process your information according to our instructions.

Right of access — you can ask to see which information we hold about you
